PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!
All orders placed will be shipped out within 72 hours after we have recieve them. All orders are made fresh and made to order! Your order is final when you recieve a confirmation email, so please be on the look out and check your spam(just in case). Orders are final and there are no refunds. Once packages are submitted for postage Anna's Edelweiss holds no responsibility towards any possible damage. Please be sure to triple check your information when you order (First and last name, email, correct address, apartment number, etc). Business days do not include weekends and no orders will be shipped on Sunday.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If your tracking number says that your package has been delivered and you haven't recieved it, please contact your local USPS (United States Postal Service). It is very important to provide the correct address as your items are perishable. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered or refused. All sales are final. We offer Priority shipping (1-3 buisness days) so please try to order Monday-Friday!

How do I change my order?
Please be sure to check your order before you place it. Once you recieve shipping confirmation, we can not add or change anything to your order.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us within the first 24hours of you placing your order. We do close at 8pm so please be as quick as possible. Please be 100% sure you want to place an order before ordering.
ALLERGIES
All of our products are made in the same facility so there is a possibility of cross contamination. Products may contain soy, gluten, milk, eggs. There may be traces of peanuts, coconuts, almonds, pistachios, or macadamia nuts.
HOW DO I GET THIS ITEM?
This product can be delivered, picked up from a confirmed location, or shipped. You can ship this to yourself or to a loved one who may be spending the holidays in another state.
*Spending time with a loved one is very important to us at Anna's Edelweiss. Family is everything (as long as it's healthy). Order one fr yourself and send one to your friend in California, facetime each other and have your own competition. I would love to see all of your creations!
